Later on, after the separation of India and Pakistan it was relocated to Chandigarh under the act VII 1947. It is approved by UGC and certified with -˜A' grade by NAAC. 3. After Filling the application form, submit the required documents like Scanned Passphoto, Signature, marksheets etc.
4. Applications can be filled in online mode.
5. Appear for Entrance test for eligibility
6. Application fee for general category is around 1,000/- INR, 500/- INR for reservation category.
7. Print the application and keep it for future use.

Panjab University Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility Criteria will differ for various programs. Under the UG program, for courses like BA, BE, BSc, BCOM, B.Lib.Sc, BTTM, BPharm, BEd, it requires candidates with a minimum of 45%-40% aggregate in a 10+2 equivalent higher qualifying exam recognised by related boards with relevant subjects and a valid JEE Main/PU CET/ PU Entrance exam score.Also, for PG program, it requires candidates with a minimum of 50% aggregate for general (45% for reservation candidates) in graduation with relevant discipline and a valid GATE/GPAT/CLAT/NEET MDS/PU CET/MET/CET PG Score.For PhD program, it requires candidates with good merit in relevant degree and a valid PU Entrance exam score.
