NEET MDS 2024 result was announced on 3 April 2024. The National Board of Examinations has released the MDS 2024 online as a merit list and scorecard. The NBE issued the NEET MDS 2024 merit list first, followed by the NEET MDS scorecard, on April 15, 2024. Both the documents were released in PDF formats. While the merit list can be accessed by all the students, the scorecard will be accessible only to the respective candidates. The NEET MDS exam 2024 was conducted on 18 March 2024, from 9 AM to 12 PM, across 56 cities in India. Approximately 28,000 candidates appeared for the examination. Along with the result, the authority also released the NEET MDS cutoff.
The MoHFW, or the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, has announced a decrease in the qualifying percentile for the NEET MDS 2024 examination. As per the official notification, the ministry has decided to reduce the qualifying cutoff percentile for NEET MDS 2024 by 21.692 for all the categories. The ministry has notified the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) to publicise the revised NEET MDS result 2024 with decreased qualifying percentiles and advised the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) to take the required actions on the basis of the revised results. Even though the NEET MDS 2024 cutoff was reduced, there will be no change in the rank list.

Qualifying Percentile for NEET MDS 2024
The NEET MDS 2024 qualifying percentile is the minimum percentile that a candidate must score to become eligible for the NEET MDS counselling process. This percentile has been decided by the National Board of Examinations (NBE) and varies for candidates belonging to different categories. As per the Ministry of Health, the NEET MDS 2024 cutoff percentile has been lowered by 21.692 for each category of candidates.
