Symbiosis International University - is situated in Pune, established in the year 2002. The University is owned and managed by The Symbiosis Society. SIU, Pune offers undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral programs under various disciplines across the nation by its institutes. The total number of eight faculties consists of Architecture & Design, Law, Management, Computer Science, Health & Biological Sciences, Media & Communications, Humanities & Social Sciences, and Engineering. Further, SIU also has its programs running through Symbiosis Distance Learning-SCDL.

• Candidates who have passed 10+2 with 45% marks will be given admission to B.A LL.B & BBA LL.B Programs. Final Selection to these programs will be done based on the SLAT Entrance Test. Candidates who have passed 10+2 (Relevant Stream) with 50% marks are eligible for BBA, BCA, BA, and B.Des programs.
• Selection to BBA, BCA & BA courses will depend on scores in SET Entrance Exam and selection to B.Des on SEED Entrance Test Score.
• B.Tech. & B.Sc. programs will be offered to Graduates (Science Stream).
• Selection will depend on scores in the JEE Main/ SITEEE for the B.Tech. programs, though the selection is done depending on the score in SET Entrance Test/Entrance Test/Personal Interview for B.Sc. programmes.
• Admissions to the MBA program are available for Graduates who pass the SNAP Entrance Test.
• Admission to the M.Tech course is available for graduates (Relevant Stream) who qualify GATE/ SIT Entrance Exam.

Candidates passed out in graduation with at least 50% marks in aggregate are offered admission into the MBA program at Symbiosis International University. The final selection to the MBA program is based on SNAP Entrance Test Score.

Symbiosis International University - M.Tech, M.Sc. & M.Sc. Nursing Admission 2025

SIU offers admissions to M.Tech, M.Sc. & M.Sc. Nursing to the candidates who have passed graduation from a recognized university with Science Stream with minimum marks required by the university. Final selection to M.Tech. would be based on GATE/ SIT Entrance score. However, selection to M.Sc. (CS & SS) is done on the basis of performance in SNAP Entrance Test followed by Group Discussion & PIWAT. Admission to other programs is made through the Institute Level Entrance Test and/or Personal Interview.

Symbiosis International University - B.Sc. & B.Tech. Admission 2025

SIU provides B.Tech and B.Sc (Nursing) program to candidates who have passed 10+2 (Science Stream) with minimum marks aggregate of 45%. In case of B.Sc., a candidate with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate at 10+2 (Science Stream) would be provided with admission. The final selection to B. Tech program will depend upon JEE Main/SITEEE Entrance Exam whereas, selection to B.Sc. (IT, Culinary Arts, Economics & Liberal Arts) will rely upon the score of the SET Entrance Test. Access to the other courses will be based on entrance tests conducted at the institute level.

Symbiosis International University - BBA, BCA, BA & B.Des Admission 2025

Admission to BBA and BA (Visual Arts & Photography and Liberal Arts) will be open for candidates who have passed 10+2 with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. Whereas, BBA IT, BCA, and B.Des programs are offered to candidates who have passed 10+2 or equivalent from a recognized board/ Govt. approved Diploma with minimum 50% marks in aggregate. Final Selection to BBA, BA (Mass Communication and Liberal Arts) would be on the basis of SET Entrance Test Score. But selection to B.Des. would be based on scores in the SEED Entrance Test. Selection to BA in Visual Arts & Photography would be based on a candidate's performance in Creative Visualization & Personal Interaction.

Symbiosis International University - LLB, BA LLB & BBA LLB Admission 2025

Symbiosis International University provides admission to the candidates who have passed 10+2 with at least 45% aggregate marks for BA LLB & BBA LLB programs. On the other hand, Graduates who have scored at least 45% aggregate marks will be admitted to the LLB program. The final selection to BA LLB & BBA LLB would be based on scores obtained in SLAT Entrance Exam. However, selection to LLB course would be done on the basis of Writing Sample followed by Personal Interaction.

Admission in the LLM program will be granted to candidates who have completed an LLB course with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks. Whereas, the admission in MA program will be granted to Graduates who score 50%. The admission to the M.Des. programme will be granted to graduates who have completed B. Des. The final selection to LLM will be on the basis of the Entrance Test followed by PIWAT. The selection to MA (Mass Communication) will be on the basis of the Online Entrance Test. Admission to MA in International Studies will be done on the basis of performance of a candidate in Personal Interaction and Written ability test. Admission to M.Des. will be based on the scores of the Entrance Test conducted at the Institute.

SET Registration Process

Candidates must get themselves enrolled on the official website of the SET Entrance Exam to register for SET/ SLAT/ SITEEE/ SEED. Candidates are required to do online registration for the SET (Symbiosis Entrance Test).

• Candidates who want to attend SET can apply for two subjects i.e. one from the morning session and one from the evening session.
• Login through registration credentials and fill in the application form.

• The SET Registration fee INR.1750 /- should be remitted through Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking/Demand Draft

To seek an admission to any Symbiosis institute, the student should go through the following:-

• The Merit list to be announced on SET & PIWAT
• Open the official website of college and enter your login and password, received over email, respectively.
• Submit the on-line application form available via link, in the sent mail
• Scan and submit your copies of required documents.
• Pay the academic fees through the bank account number provided in the letter of offer.
• Send transfer intimation done to his email as mentioned above.

SNAP Registration Process

To apply for admission, the candidates must register for SNAP via the official SNAP website.

• Click on 'Register'.
• Read the instructions carefully and then press on the 'I Agree' to submit the Terms and Conditions
• Now fill up the details mentioned on the page that pops up
• Choose your desirable test city
• Click 'Save & Continue'
• OTP will be sent via message to the registered mobile and an id along with email
• After the finalizing, Snap ID and password will have been mailed and sent with SMS.
• Use this SNAP ID for all communications regarding the online aptitude test/admission procedure.
• Pay the SNAP test registration fee of INR. 1,950/- (non-refundable)
• A candidate desirous of joining her/his preferred MBA program is expected to finalize the registration process of those programs before the closing date of the same.
• Payment towards the program registration fee should be made through the Registration Portal.
• After paying the SNAP Test registration fee, a candidate must pay a separate registration fee amounting to INR. 1,000/-
• Modes of payment for the registration fee for the program are as follows: same as the SNAP.

Payment through DD: The candidates must present a DD of INR. 1950/- from any Nationalized Bank in favor of Symbiosis Test Secretariat payable at Pune.
