In 2008 Nitte University was established in Mangalore, Karnataka as private -˜deemed university' within the recognition from UGC, New Delhi. The university provides the following undergraduate programs B.Sc, MBBS, BDS, BPT, B.Pharm, B.Tech, B.Arch, BJMC, and Post Basic B.Sc in Nursing. The aspirants of the university can pursue postgraduate of MD, MS, MPH, M.Ch, M.Pharm, MPT, MSc, and MJMC courses. The university also provides GNM, Post Basic Diploma in Nursing, Pharm.D and D.Pharm courses. Also, at the level of doctoral degree, candidates may join Ph.D. course admitting with 6 specializations. Nitte University UG Admission 2025: B.Sc, B.Pharm, BPT, B.Arch, B.Tech & BJMC

Nitte University is known for its several undergraduate programs such as B.Sc  in Nursing, B.pharm degree, bachelor degree in physiotherapy BPT, B.Sc. in Biomedical Science, Internetworking and Security, Aided Courses, B.Arch as well as BJMC.Those students who have passed 10+12 with a minimum score of 45% in PCB along with English are qualified for B.Sc in Nursing. The minimum eligibility for admission to B.Sc. provides the candidates possessing 10+2 with a combined score of at least 40 percent in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English. Those who have completed 10+2 with 45% in aggregated Physics, Chemistry, and Biology or Mathematics and any of Computer Studies, Electronics, Biotechnology, and English shall be allowed to pursue B.Pharm program.Applicants who have done 10+2 with a minimum of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Maths are treated as eligible to admission for B.Arch. Candidates, who have passed 10+2 or an equivalent examination with 40% marks, are eligible to seek admission in BJMC.Admission to B.Arch program is done on the basis of valid NATA score. For other courses, admission shall be as per the merit of qualifying examination prescribed by the university.

Nitte University MBBS and BDS Admission 2025

Nitte University, Mangalore has a 5 ½ years MBBS program along with an intake of 150 students and a 5-year BDS course with 1 year compulsory internship for 100 students.Candidates who have passed 10+2 with 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology or biotechnology, English are considered suitable to apply for MBBS and BDS programs. Admission to MBBS and BDS course is gien based on a valid score obtained in the NEET UG examination by the candidate.

Nitte University PG Admission 2025: M.Ch, MPH, MDS, M.Sc, MPT & MJMC

Nitte University grants admission to various PG degrees such M.Ch, MPH, MDS, M.Sc, M.Pharm, MPT, M.Sc, and MJMC.Candidates who have completed their MS in General Surgery are the only ones eligible for M.Ch. The minimum eligibility requirement for admission to Master of Public Health (MPH) course is bachelor's degree in Health Science, Paramedical Science, Biomedical Science or degree in Environmental Engineering or Management with at least lower second class which is 50% mark.Those who have finished B.Sc or Post Basic B.Sc in nursing program with a minimum of fifty-five percent are eligible to enroll in the MSc. nursing course. Graduates with not less than 45% marks in BPT Degree are eligible for MPT course. Candidates with B.pharm degree with minimum 55% of marks are eligible to apply for M.pharm course. For MJMC course, it is a must that the candidates have scored a minimum of 50% in the BJMC course. Admission to M.Ch program will be contingent upon the rank scored in NEET SS entrance exam. However, admission to other PG courses is based on the merit of the qualifying examinations.

Nitte University MD, MS and MDS Admission 2025

There are 3-year degree programs in MD and MS in different specializations for Nitte University, which has a total of 98 seats, and a 3-year postgraduate MDS course with an intake of 49 candidates. Nitte University seeks candidates who have earned their degree in medicine and are permanently registered with a Medical Council in any of the states for the MD/ MS degree program. Likewise, aspirants who have completed their BDS Degree and have been registered from the State Medical Council are deemed qualified to pursue approved MDS study program. Admission to MD and MS programs is done through NEET PG rank via centralized counseling offered by Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA). Admission to MDS program is based on the cutoff score in NEET MDS. NUCAT exam merit is the basis for admission into M.Tech and MCA programs respectively. However, the prospective student must qualify the Nitte University Common Admission Test in order to be eligible for the master's degree in engineering.

Nitte University Pharm.D, GNM & Diploma Admission 2025

Nitte University has a 6-year Pharm.D course along with a 3-year Pharm.D (Post Baccalaureate) course with an internship of 1 year. The university also has a GNM course as well as Post Basic Diploma of 1 year. Those who have studied 10+2 including Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics and English are considered fit to pursue Pharm.D course. The minimum eligibility requirement for admission to the Pharm.D (Post Baccalaureate) course is having a B.Pharm degree. Candidates who have studied 10+2 and attained at least 40% of the marks are eligible to take up the GNM course. GNM, BSc, Post Basic BSc, MSc in Nursing candidates are also eligible for the Post Basic Diploma course. Admission to these courses is done on the bases of the merit of the qualifying examination of the students.
