Master's Union Fees

The fees for the Master’s Union PGP program differ based on the round they are admitted to. The fee for the round 1 students is INR 28.98 Lakhs whereas for the round 3 students is INR 29.38 Lakhs.

Master's Union MBA

1. Master’s Union offers a full-time Postgraduate program in Technology & Business Management, which is a 16-month program, including a 3-month internship.
2. The candidates applying for this course are expected to have 2 - 5 years of work experience. The institute also considers freshers but with an exceptional profile.
3. The candidates applying for this program do not necessarily need to have a tech background. The batches usually have an equal number of engineering and non-engineering students.
4. The PGP curriculum consists of 8 terms and each term is for 6 weeks. The initial terms include foundational courses and then the students choose their electives as per their career choices.
5. In the first 3 terms, students have to do some challenges as their outclass activity which includes the Dropshipping challenge, Creator challenge, and Local consulting challenge.
6. From the 4th year, students work on the Venture initiation program, where they build a business step-wise. It includes all the phases like Ideation, Product Creation, Go-to-Market, raising Pre-seed funding, etc.

The admission process at Master’s Union is based on MUBAAT, followed by a personal interview. The institute usually considers a holistic approach to selecting students and thus they look over the candidate's academic records, work experience, and extracurricular activities.

Master's Union Application

1. Interested candidates will have to visit the official website of Master’s Union and will have to create an account, verify themselves, and proceed with the application form.
2. The candidates will have to provide details such as personal details, educational qualifications, professional details, scores of any exams (CAT/ XAT/ GMAT/ GRE) they have appeared for, and mark their scholarship preferences.
3. Last year around 18,000 students applied at Master’s Union for the 163 spots.

MUBAAT (Master's Union- Business Aptitude and Admissions Test)

MUBAAT is an institute-level examination conducted by the Master's Union. It is a unique exam that is designed in such a way that one cannot prepare for it. This test is interactive and evaluates holistically. It is an online proctored exam that can be taken at home. It requires a good internet connection and the video needs to be on.

The exam includes the following sections:

1. Aptitude Assessment - It is a section with multiple choice questions for 60 minutes. It includes Qualitative & Logical Aptitude and Business Case Study Aptitude. They usually ask applied questions that are mainly in a business setting.
2. Game-Based Evaluation - There are 3 games in this section for 20 minutes. It assesses the candidate’s Numerical Reasoning, Critical Thinking, Planning, Abstract Reasoning, and Problem-solving.
3. Communication Assessment - This section tests the student’s ability to communicate and structure their thoughts. It will include an on-the-spot essay and a video-based technical essay.

Personal Interview

After the MUBAAT evaluation is done, the candidates are shortlisted by the admission committee and are called for the interview round, which is conducted by Master’s Union’s alumni and leadership.

Final Decision

The final decision is made based on the combination of academic ability, professional experience, communication skills, and performance in the interview. The accepted students are given 7-14 days to accept their admission offer.

1. The Cohort 3 placement of Master’s Union concluded in 2023 and the average package stood at INR 34.07 LPA and the highest package at INR 57.08 LPA.
