  • Ford Foundation Scholarships: These scholarships, valued at ?700 per month, are available for a limited number of students enrolled in the M.A. program at the School of International Studies. The awards are based entirely on merit, with the condition that at least half of the scholarships will be granted to female students.
  • Prof. Ramesha Rao Scholarship and Travel Grant: It provides ?3,000 per month for 10 months and a travel grant of ?30,000 to support an M.Phil or Ph.D. student in presenting a paper at an international conference or seminar related to Cancer Biology. The scholarship is funded by the interest earned from an endowment and has been available since 2011.
  • Prof. MJK Thavaraj MCM Scholarship: Two first-year M.A. (Economics) students based on the merits achieved by the candidate. A monthly stipend of 300 is issued to each recipient along with an additional contingency of 2K.
  • D.S. Gardi Sanskrit Scholarship: This scholarship is granted annually to two M.A. students specializing in Sanskrit Studies for a duration of 2 years. Candidates are selected based on academic performance in the 1st sem.
  • Prof. Gouri Shankar Singhal Merit Scholarship: This merit-based scholarship is specially made for 2nd year M.Sc candidates from the School of Life Sciences (SLS). The recipient, selected based on the highest CGPA at the end of the third semester, receives Rs. 1,000 per month for one year. The selection criteria prioritize academic merit and financial need.
