Guru Nanak College: Admissions 2025 – Fees, Eligibility, Last Date & Process

Students at Guru Nanak College in Chennai can enroll in undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctorate programs. Candidates are chosen based on how well they performed in qualifying exams. Note:

  • Before completing the application form, candidates must read the prospectus and eligibility criteria.

  • First preference will be given to candidates who passed the qualification examination on their first attempt.

Admission Procedure:

  • Merit will determine the selection of candidates.
  • The names of candidates who are selected based on merit will be displayed on the college's official website.
  • All admissions are tentative and require permission from the University of Madras. Every Selected student must adhere to the code of conduct established by the college and the Government.
  • Selected candidates will receive an admission message to their registered number or email address.
  • Candidates will be interviewed by the Head of the Department (HOD).
  • At the time of admission, candidates should report to the department accompanied by their parents or guardian.
  • Candidates should provide all original certificates as well as the required set of photocopies on the day of admission.
  • Fees must be paid upon acceptance to the course.
  • If the payments are not paid within the specified time, the candidate will lose their position. The seat will be assigned to the candidate who comes next on the list.

Guru Nanak College Eligibility Criteria:

  • Applicants must pass 10+2 in the relevant field.
  • Candidates who pass the All India Senior School Certificate Examinations in New Delhi will be eligible for admission if they pass the examination with at least five subjects, one of which must be English. An applicant must present a Eligibility Certificate from the University of Madras at the time of the interview.
  • Foreign students must provide a regular, long-term student visa provided by the Indian Embassy.
  • Applicants for PG courses must have completed an undergraduate degree in the relevant field.
