GJU Hisar Application process
Candidates are required to submit their marks while registering, which is crucial for admissions. After submitting, candidates are required to participate in the counseling / admission process by selecting the preference courses/program on the official website. Candidates will be enrolled in the selected programs based on their chosen preferences.
How to apply?
- Visit the official website of the university at https://www.gjust.ac.in/ , go to admissions tab and press the ‘ Apply Online’ Button
- Start filling the application form by using personal details and professional details in the available form followed by choosing the program and exam city.
- Candidates who are registering for several courses must choose entrance tests like JEE Mains/CAT/GATE/ GJU Entrance Exam for admission in UG and PG etc programs. Also, make sure to provide all the required details and documents correctly.
- After completing the filling of personal details , participate in the counseling/ admission process by entering your scores obtained in relevant exams/boards exams as a procedure of the counseling process for admission in the University.Also, the provided scores will be used to confirm your eligibility for admission in the university.
- Based on the submitted/ acquired scores of the Board marks/ Entrance exams or relevant qualification, Seats will be allocated by the University. The seat allocation process also considers the availability of seats for the particular disciplines.
- Candidates who get selected or successful admission will receive a provisional offer letter. Also, This letter indicates the sign of successful admission, moving to further processes of the admission.
- Attend the physical counseling session as mentioned in the offer letter which is very mandatory. This step shows your interest and eligibility for the allocated seat.
- Pay the enrollment fee and other fee by the mentioned date in the provisional admission offer letter. Completing the payment is very crucial to secure your admission in the Institute.
- Complete the final registration process at the University to officially join the University. Also, Classes will commence as per the academic schedule provided by the University.
