Placement Process
- Pre-Placements Talks: It is an informative session where top companies outline the job opportunities, role expectations, and recruitment processes to the students. It helps candidates understand company culture, required skills, and application procedures, ensuring they are well-prepared and aligned with the organization's needs before the formal placement process begins.
- Application: Interested candidates apply through the Office of Industry Interaction and Placement Committee. As a part of the application, they submit their detailed resume, which is shared with the recruiter from the Industries Interaction and Placement Committee Office.
- Placement Interview: Shortlisted candidates either go for Aptitude Written Test, Group Discussion rounds, or Personal Interview rounds depending on the recruitment policy of specific companies.
- Offers and Acceptance: Following the last round of interviews, the chosen candidate receives a formal offer from the company. The offer contains information on his/her position, pay scale, location, joining date, and other necessary terms and conditions.
