State-level exam for UG engineering and technology program admissions in West Bengal.

Eligibility criteria for appearing in the WBJEE-2025

    1. Citizenship- Applicant must be a citizen of India or OCI (Subject to approval of the competent authority). OCI candidates will be eligible for only unreserved seats in the All-India quota.
    2. Candidates must have passed the 12th standard (10+2) or its equivalent examination before 2025 or appear in the 12th standard (10+2) or its equivalent examination in 2025.
    3. Age restriction: The lower age limit is 17 (Seventeen) years as of 31.12.2025. A candidate should have been born on before 31.12.2007. There is no upper age limit for appearing in the examination. However, for admission to the degree-level marine engineering course, the upper age limit is 25 years as of 31.12.2024.
    4. Qualification- Candidates must have obtained at least 45% marks (40% in case of candidates belonging to reserved category, i.e., SC, ST OBC-A, OBC-B, PWD)
