The result of the entrance test will be available on the official website of the conducting body.
The candidates will be admitted into a course/ subject based on the ranks secured in the concerned JCECE- 2025 subject to rules of reservations.
Steps to check the JCECE result
Step 1: Candidates should have visited the official website of the University.
Step 2: After visiting the website, click on the “Result Link”.
Step 3: Candidates should have login via using their registration number and hall ticket number.
Step 4: After the login successfully, the JCECE 2025 result will be displayed on the screen.
Step 5: Download the result and keep it safe for future reference.
Details mentioned in the JCECE result
The candidates should have check below mentioned details in their result:
- Candidate’s name
- Father’s name
- Rank obtained by the candidate
- Name of the attempted paper
- Total percentile secured
- Qualifying status
Counselling
The counselling will be conducted on online mode. The information regarding the counselling available on the board’s website. The counselling will be conducted in two rounds.
First round: After the result is declared, candidates will be called for counselling as per Merit rank, information regarding date, time, place and counselling mode will be given through the official website.
Second round: If seats remain vacant after the first round, the second round will be held. Candidates who have been admitted through 1st round of counselling may also participate to change their course/ institute.
Counselling fee
Successful candidates of General/ EWS/BC-I/ BC-II category who have been called for counselling, will have to submit Rs. 400 (Rs. 200/- in case of SC/ST/ Female candidates) by using credit card/ Debit card/ Net banking/ UPI to participate the counselling session.
Required documents at the time of counselling
Successful candidates called for counselling must have to provide original copies and self-attested copies of below documents and certificates.
- Admit card, mark sheet, passing certificate of matric/ 10th/ 12th/ equivalent examination.
- Admit card, marks sheet, passing certificate of ISc/ 10+2/ higher secondary/ inter (agriculture)/ PC forestry/ equivalent examination.
- Local resident certificate issued by CO/ SDO (Civil)/ DC of the Jharkhand state.
- Caste certificate issued by CO SDO/ DC of Jharkhand State.
- Income & assets certificate.
- One passport size photograph.
- Admit card of Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination.
- Disability Certificate issued by the members of the Medical Board & Countersigned by the Medical Superintendent/ CMO/ Head of Hospital.
