XLRI Jamshedpur offers various courses under PGDM programs. The courses include PGDM-BM, PGDM-HRM, PGDM-GM, PGDM-IEV, FPM, etc. Admission to XLRI is based on candidates' merit in the XAT entrance exam followed by an interview round. | PGDM (Innovation & Entrepreneurship Ventures) | Candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree under the 10+2+3 scheme or equivalent from a recognized board. Final year students completing their degree by June 10 can apply. |
| PGDM (Double Master's Program) | Candidates must have a three-year Bachelor's degree from a NAAC-accredited institution with a minimum A rating. For Engineering graduates from institutions like IITs and NITs, NAAC accreditation is not required. |
| Fellow Program in Management (FPM) | Candidates must have a B.E./B.Tech degree with at least 60% marks (50% for SC/ST candidates) and 2 years of work experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 60% marks (50% for SC/ST) followed by a Master's degree with at least 55%. Alternatively, candidates can have an Integrated Master's Degree, CA, ICWA, CS, or 2-year PGDM/MBA. |
| Executive FPM (EFPM) | Candidates must have an MBA, PGDM, or equivalent degree with 60% aggregate marks. They should be employed in a full-time job with at least 5 years of managerial experience by March 31 of the year of admission. Preference is given to candidates under 50 years of age. |
