VSSUT: Admissions 2025 Fees, Eligibility, Last Date & Selection Process

Veer Surendra Sai University of Technology (VSSUT) offers undergraduate (B.Tech, B.Arch), postgraduate (M.Tech, M.Sc, MCA), and PhD programs in various disciplines. Admissions are through OJEE for undergraduates and online applications for postgraduate courses. The university also provides dual-degree programs and specialized courses in technology and engineering. Fees vary by program, with additional charges for hostel facilities.

• 02 YEARS MASTER OF TECHNOLOGY (M.TECH) PROGRAMMES (04 Semesters)

• 02 YEARS MASTER IN COMPUTER APPLICATIONS (MCA) PROGRAMME (04 Semesters) Full time AICTE, New Delhi approved

• 02 YEARS MASTER OF SCIENCE (M.Sc.) PROGRAMMES (04 Semesters)

• 05 YEARS INTEGRATED MASTER OF SCIENCE (M.Sc.) PROGRAMMES (10 Semesters)

Fee to be deposited through online payment gateway for the academic session 2024-25 B.Tech (Regular & Self Sustaining Category) and B.Arch Programme (First and Second Semester)

MCA program

If the candidates want to avail HoR facility, they need to pay Rs. 48,000/- (online mode) towards HoR development fee/seat rent/water & electricity charges and mess advance.

Admission Process for UG

The candidates eligible to take admission to 1st year B.Tech (Regular & Self Sustaining Category (SSC)/ B.Arch & MCA program for the academic session 2024-25 in VSSUT, Burla through OJEE 2024. All the candidates must be present in person for reporting. Online registration by the candidate is mandatory through the link https://vssutadm.samarth.edu.in/2024/index.php/site/login on wards.

Candidates allotted for 1st year of the program through OJEE to take admission into various courses of Veer Surendra Sai University of Technology (VSSUT), Burla are required to Register online throug the link: https://vssutadm.samarth.edu.in/2024/index.php/site/login. Fee payment online through the link: https://payments.billdesk.com/bdcollect/pay?p1=1125&p2=15 After successful registration, candidates must print three copied of their online registration receipt. They must print two copis of the payment acknowledgement slip after successful payment. Scanned copies of document required before online registration

Admission process for PG

The interested candidates have to fill the online application form using the link: https://vssutadm.samarth.edu.in/2024/index.php available in University website. Candidates have to pay a non-refundable application fee of Rs. 500/ (Rs. 200/- in case of SC/ST candidates)

1. Hard copy of duly filled in and signed online application form.
2. Self-Attested copy of certificate of 10th/ Equivalent Examination.
3. Self-Attested copy of certificate of +2 Sc. / Equivalent Examination.
4. Self-Attested copy of certificate of B.Tech / Equivalent Examination.
5. Self-Attested copy of Grade sheets / Mark sheets of the 10th/ Equivalent Examination.
6. Self-Attested copy of Grade sheets / Mark sheets of the +2 Sc. / Equivalent Examination.
7. Self-Attested copy of Grade sheets / Mark sheets of all the semesters of B.Tech Equivalent Examination.
8. Self-Attested copy of valid GATE Score.
9. Self-Attested copy of SC/ST caste certificate, if applicable.

Eligibility

Candidates eligible for admission to M.Tech programs at VSSUT, Burla, must have a B.Tech or equivalent degree (e.g., AMIE, AMIM) in the relevant discipline with at least 60% marks or 6.5 CGPA. For M.Tech in EEE (Sensors and Cyber Physical Systems), candidates with degrees in EE, EEE, ECE, ETC, INE, IN, CSE, IT, or related branches can apply. For M.Tech in CSE, applicants with degrees in CSE, IT, Electronics, Electrical, EEE, or equivalent, as well as MCA or M.Sc. in relevant fields, are eligible.

Selection

Candidates with valid GATE score and satisfying requirements to admission to any M.Tech program based on their GATE score directly. This is applicable for both General and SC/ST candidates, SC/ST candidates being considered separately for seats reserved for the purpose. Total career marking: 100 marks

Qualifying marks for general: 45 marks Qualifying marks for SC/ST: 40 marks

Admission process for PhD

Admission will be made to PhD program under ADF supported by AICTE at VSSUT, Burla
