The government of Rajasthan established the University of Technology (UOT). The University of Technology is a private University recognised by UGC. The University has established 16 schools that offer UG, PG, and Integrated programs to the candidates. It also provides admissions to PhD programs in the faculties of Engineering & Technology, Sciences, Commerce & Management, Arts and Agriculture, and Law.

1. For admission in UG courses at the University of Technology, the candidate should pass the 10+2 examination in the relevant stream from a recognised board.
2. For PG courses, the candidate should have completed their Bachelor's degree in the concerned or relevant subject from a UGC-recognized University or Institution.
3. Those who apply for courses in M.Tech should obtain valid GATE scores to become eligible.
4. For an MBA, candidates should have appeared in national-level entrance exams such as CAT , MAT , XAT , CMAT , and ATMA.
5. Admissions to all UG and PG courses are made on the basis of merit in the last qualifying examination.
6. Interested candidates are requested to fill out the form online or download it from the university website and submit the same in the prescribed manner with the fee.
7. Ph.D. admission is conveyed on the basis of candidates' performance in the Pre-Ph.D.- Entrance Exam conducted by the University.
8. To seek research-level admission, candidates should have acquired a master's degree in a relevant or concerned discipline by securing a minimum of 55% marks in aggregate.
9. The applicants should fill out the admission form on the university website online and submit all the relevant documents and fees in the prescribed manner.
10. The reservation of seats in each course shall be as per guidelines issued by the Government of India.

Online Mode

2. Fill out the application form with all the required details.
3. Upload the scanned copies of coloured photographs, aadhar card, signature, and academic mark sheet.
4. Pay the application fees via online payments (Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Transfer).

Offline Mode

3. Pay the application fee by online transfer or bank deposit.

University of Technology Placement Process

1. The University of Technology careers and placement cell sends invitations to recruiting companies for campus recruitment.
2. The placement cell then arranges the dates with various recruiters based on the salary packages and other eligibility criteria provided by the recruitment companies.
3. Interested candidates must register their names and submit their resumes to the UOT Jaipur placement cell.
4. Further, different recruiting companies provide students with pre-placement talks to inform them about the policies, roles, and job profiles that they offer.
5. Eligible candidates have to appear and qualify for the written test, group discussion, and interview round conducted by the recruitment company.
6. Later, qualifying candidates are provided with job offers.
