The University of Mysore, also known as Mysore University, is a prestigious public-state university located in Mysore, Karnataka, India. Mysore University Admission 2024

Mysore University offers admission to various UG, PG, and Doctoral programs in various specializations. Interested candidates can fill out the application form on the university's official website. Admissions to various programs are based on entrance exam scores while for some courses, entry is merit-based. For admission to B.Arch and B.Plan Courses, NATA exam scores are accepted while for BE/BTech admissions, KCET is accepted. UG admissions are done based on marks secured in the qualifying examination. Admission to all PG courses, including M.Tech, MA, M.Sc, M.P.Ed, M.Ed, M.Li.I.Sc, MSW, M.com, and LL.M. are based on the Postgraduate Entrance Exam (PGEE) conducted by Mysore University.

M.Phil. and Ph.D. admission is also based on a university-conducted entrance exam followed by an interview.

Mysore University has not yet published the Placement Report for the year 2023 on its official website. However, according to NIRF Report 2022, Mysore University placed 1830 students out of 2984 students who graduated during the 2020-21 Placement Drive.
