  • Visit the Website: Go to http://sndt.digitaluniversity.ac and click on the ‘Online Application for Admission’.
  • Review General Rules and Eligibility
  • Click on ‘Faculty wise General Rules & Eligibility Criteria’ to review guidelines.
  • Use Google Chrome for optimal viewing experience.
  • New Registration
  • Click on ‘Register’ under the Online Application Registration section.
  • Read the disclaimer carefully, then click on ‘Agree’.
  • Mobile OTP Verification
  • Enter the required details.
  • Click on ‘Verify’ to complete the OTP verification process.
  • Set Password
  • Enter a new password of your choice.
  • Save the password for future use.
  • Login
  • Click on ‘Login’ to access the portal.
  • Follow Application Instructions
  • Carefully read the online application instructions provided.
  • Upload Photo & Signature
  • Click on ‘Photo Sign’.
  • Select your photograph and signature files by clicking ‘Browse’.
  • Crop and upload both.
  • Enter Personal Details
  • Provide details such as Aadhaar number, voting ID, and address.
  • Click on ‘Save & Proceed’.
  • Enter Educational Details
  • Fill in your educational qualifications.
  • Click ‘Save’ and then ‘Proceed’.
  • Review and Confirm Profile
  • Check all entered details in the profile section.
  • Click on ‘Confirm Profile Details’.
  • Apply for a Program
  • Search for the desired program and college.
  • Select the program and click ‘Apply’.
  • Check Eligibility Criteria
  • Read and agree to the eligibility criteria.
  • Select Qualifying Exam
  • Choose the last qualifying examination details.
  • Choose College, Medium & Course
  • Select the college, preferred medium of instruction, and course.
  • Proceed to the next step.
  • Add Next Term Papers (if applicable)
  • Click to include next term course selections.
  • Submit Documents
  • Attach all necessary documents or certificates as required.
  • Application Status and Print
  • Print the e-Suvidha Ticket and note the verification code.
  • Enter the verification code to print the application form.
  • Final Application Submission
  • Ensure all details and documents are correct.
  • Submit the application for college/department verification.

Admission Fee Payment Process for Colleges

Pre-Requisites

Before using the Invoice Module, ensure the following:

  1. Fee Details Entry:
    • Enter appropriate Fee Category while doing admission data entry.
  2. Submit to Registration Process:
    • Complete the registration process successfully.

Steps for Fee Payment

1. Login to the Portal
  • Visit http://sndt.digitaluniversity.ac.
  • Click on ‘Login Here’.
  • Select the College/Department and click ‘Proceed’.
  • Enter your College Login ID, Password, and OTP to access the portal.
2. Access Invoice Section
  • After login, click on ‘Digital University Portal’.
  • Go to the Invoice section and select Admission Invoice.
  • Click on ‘Submit’ to proceed.
3. Generate and View Invoice
  • Select the required invoices and click on ‘Generate’.
  • View the generated invoice by selecting ‘View Invoice’ to check student-wise fee details.
4. Proceed with Invoice Payment
  • Select the invoice and click on ‘Proceed for Payment’.
  • Choose the mode of payment (e.g., NEFT/RTGS/IMPS) and click ‘Proceed’.
  • Enter the academic year (AY) and confirm the details.
5. Generate Payment Mandate
  • Generate the mandate by clicking on ‘Generate Mandate’.
  • Confirm the mandate by clicking ‘Make Payment’ and verify your registered email ID and mobile number.
  • The mandate copy will be sent to the registered email ID, and the receipt number will be sent via SMS.
6. Complete Payment
  • Print the mandate copy received via email.
  • Visit your bank and submit the mandate for payment.
  • Upon successful payment, the amount will be credited to the university’s account, and a receipt will be sent to the college's email.
7. Post Payment
Receipt Copy
  • A two-copy receipt is generated:
    • Original Copy: For the payee.
    • University Copy: Submit to the university as a payment reference (if required).
