- Mobile OTP Verification

Admission Fee Payment Process for Colleges
Pre-Requisites
Before using the Invoice Module, ensure the following:
- Fee Details Entry:
- Enter appropriate Fee Category while doing admission data entry.
- Submit to Registration Process:
- Complete the registration process successfully.
Steps for Fee Payment
1. Login to the Portal
- Visit http://sndt.digitaluniversity.ac.
- Click on ‘Login Here’.
- Select the College/Department and click ‘Proceed’.
- Enter your College Login ID, Password, and OTP to access the portal.
2. Access Invoice Section
- After login, click on ‘Digital University Portal’.
- Go to the Invoice section and select Admission Invoice.
- Click on ‘Submit’ to proceed.
3. Generate and View Invoice
- Select the required invoices and click on ‘Generate’.
- View the generated invoice by selecting ‘View Invoice’ to check student-wise fee details.
4. Proceed with Invoice Payment
- Select the invoice and click on ‘Proceed for Payment’.
- Choose the mode of payment (e.g., NEFT/RTGS/IMPS) and click ‘Proceed’.
- Enter the academic year (AY) and confirm the details.
5. Generate Payment Mandate
- Generate the mandate by clicking on ‘Generate Mandate’.
- Confirm the mandate by clicking ‘Make Payment’ and verify your registered email ID and mobile number.
- The mandate copy will be sent to the registered email ID, and the receipt number will be sent via SMS.
6. Complete Payment
- Print the mandate copy received via email.
- Visit your bank and submit the mandate for payment.
- Upon successful payment, the amount will be credited to the university’s account, and a receipt will be sent to the college's email.
7. Post Payment
Receipt Copy
- A two-copy receipt is generated:
- Original Copy: For the payee.
- University Copy: Submit to the university as a payment reference (if required).
