Eligibility
An aspiring student must have passed the twelfth grade of Tamil Nadu H.S.C. (Scholarly) or an equivalent exam with math, physics, and chemistry as determined by Anna University in order to be admitted to B.E./B.Tech degree programs.
A candidate must have passed the State Board of Technical Education and Training, Tamil Nadu's Diploma Examination in Engineering or Technology with flying colors in order to be directly admitted to the second year (Lateral Entry).
