The Institute maintains a very well-organized placement process with the help of the L J Industry Interaction and Placement Cell.

To facilitate internships and placements, the University has a specialised placement cell and a team that operates year-round, corresponding and coordinating with businesses. The Executive Personality Development Program is run by the placement team in collaboration with faculty members and full-time skill trainers to help students prepare for the corporate world. The purpose of this process is to get students ready for their final placement.

Various companies are invited to campus by the placement team. The job description and profile of the company that is interested in attending the final placement are shared with all of the students. The placement team must receive the most recent resumes from all interested students. The placement team, which offers company-specific training, does the following:

1. A mock written exam similar to the company's written exams.
2. A mock group discussion that mimics the company's group discussions.
3. Pratique interviews
4. Training courses led by former students currently employed by that business.

Any student wishing to work for a company must attend these training sessions. A pre-placement talk is held on campus after the training, and the company is invited.

Admission Process of LJ University:

The LJ University Ahemdabaed admissions procedure is clear-cut and easy to follow. Applicants must meet the course prerequisites to be considered for any course at LJKU. Along with that, the candidate must complete the application and submit it by the deadline. With online application forms available, the University has made it easier for applicants. This way, applicants may examine the campus in person or apply online for any course.

• All candidates must pass the University's entrance exam to be admitted to the Ph.D. program. Students who have been awarded teacher fellowships and passed the UGC-CSIR NET (including SLET/GATE/GPAT) or UGC-NET (including JRF) exams will not need to take the entrance exam to be admitted to the PhD program.

• The following factors will also be considered during the interview or viva voce: Does the candidate have the expertise necessary for the proposed research? The University is a suitable place to conduct the research. The suggested field of study can add new or enhanced knowledge.
