• Attach a passport-size photo on the form.
• Pay the application form payment of Rs. 200 through cash or any other available payment modes like Online Payment or Demand Draft.
• Submit the same to the MUIT Counsellor at the Admission Help Desk, and that completes your offline application procedure.
• Applicants must retain a copy of transaction receipt with them.
