The IPEM Student Residence is well-equipped for comfort and convenience. The ground and first floors are centrally air-cooled, while the second and third levels include many student air-conditioned rooms. There are solar heaters that provide the hot water. The residence includes a 24-hour power backup and continuous water flow. Ground level amenities include the dining hall, medical facilities, office, large common area, and assembly space.

Every part of the building has Wi-Fi and is protected by CCTV cameras. The hostel has large, fully equipped rooms for dual occupancy. Each room includes two beds with mattresses, two study tables with chairs, a book rack, and two wardrobes. Student Residence admission is exclusively for students enrolled in the college's academic programs who are from outside Delhi. Students from the NCR region will only be considered if there are available spots.
