IBS Hyderabad

IBS Hyderabad offers a two-year full-time management program. PhD in Management which is offered full-time or part-time and PhD in Economics (Full-time) is also available at IBS. The selection of students is based on scores in entrance exams including CAT, XAT, GMAT, etc. IBS also conducts its entrance test IBSAT for students who haven’t appeared in any such exams. Before applying for admission at IBS Hyderabad, candidates are requested to check their eligibility first. Students who have completed their education in English medium are only eligible to apply at IBS. MBA/PGPM Admissions

Candidates with aggregate scores of 50% or more in graduation are eligible to take admissions at IBS Hyderabad for the MBA program. Those candidates who have completed 15 years of education that is 10+2+3 or 10+3+4 are also eligible to apply. Final-year students can apply to IBS Hyderabad's MBA program.

IBS Hyderabad conducts an entrance test IBSAT for admissions to the MBA/PGPM program. For MBA/PGPM admissions, it also accepts CAT/GMAT/NMAT/XAT scores. Applicants who have valid scores in the mentioned national entrance exams need not appear in BITSAT.

PhD Admissions

The PhD in Management and Economics is available at IBS Hyderabad. Candidates with graduation and post-graduation degrees are allowed for the PhD admission. Applicants who have completed professional courses such as CA, CS, CWA, and CFA are also eligible to apply. The selection process is based on IBSAT, CAT, GMAT, NMAT, and XAT scores, with additional procedures. Candidates with an M.Phil. degree, those who have qualified in UGC-NET, JRF, CSIR-NET, SLET, or GATE, those who have a GMAT score of 500 or higher, those who have a CAT percentile of 60 or higher, and IBS alumni who have worked in the industry for three years are exempt from IBSAT 2024. They must, however, have to appear for the selection procedure scheduled in March 2025

5. Upload the required files in the format that is indicated.
6. Submit the application fees of INR 1,800 and send the form for review.

Application Guidelines for IBSAT 2025

Before proceeding with the application for IBSAT, get an IBSAT bulletin from the marketing office of IBS near your location or apply through the IBS website.

2. If you have purchased the IBSAT bulletin online then you have received an application number and password to log in to the mentioned link. In case you have received the IBSAT bulletin offline, then use the application number (mentioned at the top of the Voucher) as your login ID and the Voucher Number as your password.
3. As soon as you have logged in you will be directed to a new page, where you have to change the password and set it according to you.
4. Again log in with a new password and fill out the IBSAT 2025 Application form.
5. Enter your name, contact details, etc.
6. Mention your past academic qualifications such as school name, year of passing, percentages got, etc. Additionally, you have to enter your post-graduation and graduation information.
7. Upload your colored photograph in jpg or gif format. The size of the photograph should be equal to or less than 25 kb.
8. Specify the program in which you want to be admitted at IBS Hyderabad and mention the scores of GMAT/NMAT/CAT/XAT from 2023 onwards.
9. Complete the declaration and then submit the application.
