Since UPTAC Counseling takes into account the legitimate admission score, the selection process for all courses is the same at Greater Noida Institute of Technology. The full selecting procedure is outlined in the following points:
- At first, students have to register them for the UPTAC counselling.
- The eligible students whose names appear on the merit list will be notified once the exam is over and the results are available.
- Candidates must register, pay the counseling charge, upload supporting documentation for validation, and select a course and college during this counseling session.
- Seat allocation is done based on the selections made.
- After receiving a seat, students must report to the designated college to complete the remaining admission requirements.
Scholarships are available for qualified students of Greater Noida in accordance with the UP-Government Samaj Kalyan Office's rules. The meritorious students who perform well on the end-of-semester university exam are awarded all scholarships and tuition relaxation programs. Scholarships are available to qualified students at the Greater Noida Institute of Technology. Additionally, the following lists the Entrance Exam Score Scholarships available for the class of 2022-2024:
- Composite score of 650 or more on the MAT = INR 30,000 on tuition
- 70 percentile or higher on the CAT = INR 50,000 on tuition
- 55 to 69 percentile = INR 30,000 on tuition
- Tuition fees for XAT scores in the 70th percentile or higher are INR 50,000, while those in the 55th to 69th percentile are INR 30,000.
- CMAT score of 90 percentile or higher: INR 50,000 for tuition.
- Tuition fees in the 60-89 percentile are INR 30,000.
- 65 percentile or above on the GAT = INR 30,000 for tuition.
Considering Academic Records
The scholarship provided based on the student's academic performance in Class 10, Class 12, and Graduation. A scholarship worth INR 30,000 towards tuition fees is available to students who have achieved an overall score of 65% in Class 10, Class 12, and Graduation.
Based on quota:
- Sports quota: INR 30,000 for tuition if a national athlete achieves success in any sport.
- The tuition price for family members of police officers, paramilitary personnel, and members of the armed forces is INR 30,000.
- Only female students who have consistently performed at a 55% aggregate level in Class 10, Class 12, and Graduation are eligible for the GIMS Shakti Scholarship, which covers tuition costs of INR 30,000.
- A candidate may only apply for a scholarship in one of the aforementioned categories.
- In the second installment of the first year, any scholarship will be adjusted.
- Any scholarship will only be awarded if the nominee has submitted the necessary supporting documentation.
