Federal Institute of Science and Technology (FISAT) based in Ernakulam, established in the year of 2002 by Federal Bank Officers’ Association Educational Society (FBOAES), is one of the well known private engineering college of kerala.it is affiliated to APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University (AKTU), Kerala.Also, it is approved by AICTE new delhi. It is certified with ‘A+’ grade by NAAC and also it has a certification by NBA.The College offers programs like UG, PhD and PG.For these programs it offers different courses which include BE/BTech,ME/MTech,MBA,MCA etc in various courses and in various departments. Every year, it offers around 400+ seats for eligible students.The college provides Facilities like auditoriums, hostels, canteen, labs for every department , Gym, sports complex , library full of available books and many others.

Admissions
FISAT provides admissions for various courses in the various levels of programs for various fields of engineering and science.The college is known for providing top notch quality education in every aspect.it offers undergraduate level, PhD and postgraduate level programs.The college offers B.E/BTech, Lateral BE/BTech in CSE,ECE,EE,civil etc. level courses for Undergraduate programs and also it offers ME/MTech in AI & ML, PP & PS etc level courses for Postgraduate programs. For the PhD program,it offers courses like computer science and engineering, electronics & communication engineering etc.For admission in the College, the eligibility varies for different courses of different programs. Its common eligibility includes a minimum of 45%-40% aggregate in relevant higher qualification exams recognized by related boards with relevant subjects and a valid KEAM exam score, passed graduate with good merit and a valid GATE/CMAT/CAT/KMAT exam score.for PhD program, candidates with masters degree with a good merit will be preferred.

- Final selection will be based on merit in a higher qualifying exam recognized by related boards with relevant subjects and a valid KEAM exam score for UG.

Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility Criteria will differ for various programs. Under the UG program, for related disciplines like BE/BTech, Lateral B.E/BTech, it requires candidates with a minimum of 45% aggregate for general (40% for reservation candidates) in a 10+2 equivalent exam subject recognized by related boards with a relevant subject and a valid KEAM score. For PG, it requires graduated candidates with a minimum of 50% aggregate for general (45% for reservation candidates) in relevant discipline and a valid GATE/CMAT/KMAT/CAT exam score. For the PhD program, the candidates require good merit in graduation.
