Atmiya University: Admissions 2025 – Fees, Eligibility, Last Date & Process

Atmiya University offers various UG and PG courses. Candidates qualified in the Higher Secondary Examination can apply to UG Courses, while Graduates are eligible to apply for PG Courses. Admission to the B. Tech course would strictly be on merit based on the marks recieved in GUJCET. Selection to the other UG Courses would also strictly be based on merit basis on the marks recieved by the candidates in the Qualifying exams. In addition, the University also offers admission to the M.Tech course as well. Admissions will be strictly on the basis of merit of the marks secured in GATE/PGCET.

Admission to Eight Undergraduate Courses of the University/Intake

Applications are invited for admission into eight undergraduate courses. Qualified students in the Higher Secondary examination are eligible for admission in the course.

Admission in the B. Tech courses shall be as merit of the GUJCET marks later, admission in all other UG courses will be based on the marks recieved in the qualifying examination.

Atmiya University offers several PG programmes. Students holding a graduation degree in the relevant subjects can apply for admission in the respective courses. Admission to M.Sc courses shall be based on the marks recieved in the qualifying examination.

Atmiya University M.Phil/Ph.D Admission 2024

The University offers courses in Ph.D. programmes in Science, Management, Pharmacy and Engineering.

The category of Ph.D. scholars in the college are:

• Full-time Research Scholars
• Part-time Internal Research Scholars
• Part-time External Research Scholars

Atmiya University M.Phil/ Ph.D Eligibility Criteria

• The minimum qualification to seek admission into the Ph. D. program would be a master's degree or equivalent to a master's degree with a minimum aggregate of 55% marks.
• There will be a relaxation in the eligibility criteria for 5 % in the case of reserved category students for their application to the program.
• Candidates with M.Phil Degree and who have secured 55% marks (50% marks for Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes' candidates) or an equivalent grade of 'B' in the UGC 7-point scale.

Atmiya University M.Phil/ Ph.D Selection Criteria

• The choice of the students depends on the Academic Supervisors and the physical facilities that exist in the University.
• It selects students through an Entrance Test, AUMPET. This encompasses written, viva voce and presentation of the proposed research interest.
• The last admission shall be, however, in accordance with the norms dictated by UGC.
• All those who have qualified in M. Phil./ CSIR NET/ UGC NET/ ICAR/ SET/ GPAT/ GATE exams are exempted from the written test.

How to Apply for Atmiya University 

• Students have to register themselves first online from the website pertaining to the admission process of colleges within due dates. The guidelines for online registration are as follows:
• Registration for B. Tech/ B. Pharm:

• To register online, the candidate can visit an ICICI Bank to get a PIN and Information Booklet, which will be applicable to all of his/ her courses that he or she is applying for.
• Visit the website, https://gujacpc.nic.in/. 1st time users will have to click on the Click Here for New Registration button.
• Choose the course for which you are seeking registration, and the details will appear on your screen.
• Fill in all details in the fields given and click the Submit button. The online Registration form comes before your eyes. Fill all the details correctly.
• User ID will be created, and the password needs to be filled. Click on the Confirm Password. Students must remember their password to log in.
• Click on the I accept button, then select on the Submit button.
• The registration details will be appear on the screen. If changes need to be done, then click on the Edit Registration Details, otherwise on the Confirm Registration Details. 
• Students will need to confirm their registration at the help centers. This applies to all cases, except the case of the student being a Non-TWF candidate. In this case, click on the Registration Acknowledgement for Open Non-TWF button.

• Documents required for B.Tech/ B.Pharm
  • S.S.C. Examination (class X) Marksheet,
  • H.S.C. Examination (class XII) Marksheet,
  • GUJCET Mark-sheet,
  • School Leaving Certificate or Transfer Certificate,
  • Caste certificate for a candidate belonging to
  • Photograph of candidate for students from states outside of Gujarat.
  • Certificate of Ex-Servicemen (if applicable).
• Registration for M.Tech/ M.Pharm
  • Both GATE and Non GATE students have to apply online for registration.
  • Students have to buy a PIN and Information Booklet in any of the ICICI Bank branches listed below. They will require a separate PIN for each discipline for which they are applying.
  • Students will have to login on the website, www.gujacpcadm.nic.in  
  • Click on New Users Click Here. Choose your desired course.
  • Enter your PIN along with other details and click on Submit.
  • Online registration form is displayed. Fill in all the important details. For the students qualified in GATE/GPAT the respective details in relation to it has to be filled.
  • For Non GATE / GPAT students a detail of Choice for PGCET Center has to be filled.
  • Enter a secure password, click on Confirm Password and remember it to login in future.
  • Once reading the declaration click the I accept icon at the bottom of the page. Click on the Submit Registration Details button and note the registration number to appear.
  • A registration window will open on screen. Enter the registration number, user ID and Password .
  • Click on the Edit Registration Details if any changes have to be made, else click on Confirm Registration Details.
  • If the student has applied for more than one discipline, then he or she will get all disciplines for which they are eligible to apply in Name of Discipline Applying for option in Online Registration Form. After applying for the first discipline, they have to click on Registration for Other Discipline in Registration Details and do the process again with another PIN.
  • Collect all forms filled in the printout and attach self-attested copies of all the documents required. Submit it in the Help Centres to receive the Acknowledgement Slip.
  • Students submitting their PGCET application will receive an Acknowledgement Slip cum Hall Ticket for PGCET.
• Documents required for M.Tech/M.Pharm
  • H.S.C. Examination (12th class.) Marksheet,
  • Diploma in Engineering Examination
  • Qualifying Examination Mark Sheet/ statement of marks of final year
  • Degree Certificate,

• Registration of MBA/MCA
  • The counseling process for MBA/ MCA will be done through online mode. All the details regarding online counseling can be found on https://cms.atmiya.edu.in/.
  • The students need to obtain a PIN and an Information Booklet from any ICICI Bank Branch.

  • Click on Click Here for New Registration. Fill up all the necessary details and click on Submit.
  • Online Registration form will appear on your screen. Fill up the required details.
  • Students who have completed any of the following degrees: Bachelor of Computer Application or Bachelor of Science.
• (Bachelor in Computer Science) and wish to join in MCA second year lateral entry, select the Yes in registration detail.

• Tick the I Accept and click on the Submit.
• If there are some corrections to be made, click on Edit Registration Details; otherwise, click on Confirm Registration Details.

• S.S.C. Examination (class X) Marksheet,
• H.S.C. Examination (class XII) Marksheet or of equivalent examination,
• Marksheets of all semesters / years of degree (graduation),
