AIIMS Kalyani: Important Information & Updates

The MBBS curriculum at AIIMS Kalyani lasts for five years and six months. 125 seats, including those in reserved categories, are available for the program. To finish the courses, students must finish a 12-month internship. The minimum requirement for admission is a passing grade of at least 50% in 10+2 from an accredited board. With MCC counseling coming next, NEET results will be used to determine admissions.

AIIMS Kalyani MBBS Eligibility Criteria 2024

To be eligible for MBBS admission at AIIMS Kalyani, candidates must fulfill the following requirements:

  1. Candidates must have passed class 12th with at least 50% aggregate in the Science stream with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology, along with English as a compulsory subject
  2. Candidates must be Indian citizens and should be at least 17 years old.
  3. Candidates in their final year awaiting results are also able to apply.
  4. SC/ST categories will be given a 10% relaxation in 10+2 percentage.

AIIMS Kalyani B.Sc (Hons.) Nursing Eligibility Criteria 2024

  1. Candidates who have completed the 12th grade in the science stream or its equivalent from any recognized institution or board may apply with an overall score of 55%.
  2. Candidate should be at least 17 years old.
  3. Candidates who are awaiting results are also eligible to apply.
  4. SC/ST categories receive a 5% relaxation.

Eligibility Criteria for B.Sc. Hons Nursing is tabulated below:

AIIMS Kalyani PG Eligibility Criteria

  1. For admission into MD / MS / MDS, candidates must have passed MBBS or BDS with 55% marks recognized by the Medical Council of India and should have completed one year's internship.
  2. For admission into MD (Hospital Administration), candidates must have passed MBBS with 55% marks recognized by the Medical Council of India.
  3. To be considered, a candidate must hold an MBBS degree for MD/MS programs and a BDS degree for MDS programs from a university accredited by the Medical Council of India or the Dental Council of India. Additionally, at the latest, the candidate must have finished the mandatory 12-month rotating internship and practical training period by January 31, 2024.
  4. Candidates who complete their internship after 31st January 2024 are not eligible for Registration in this examination.
  5. PWBD Candidates must possess a valid document certifying his/her physical disability. The disability certificate should be approved by a duly constituted and authorized Medical Board of the State or Central Govt.
