NMAT 2025 Eligibility Criteria

National MBA entrance test conducted by GMAC for admissions to top B-schools like NMIMS.

The Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC), which is in charge of organizing NMAT 2025, established the requirements for qualifying. Applicants must meet the qualifying requirements in order to submit an application for the NMAT 2025. An applicant must possess a bachelor's degree or its equivalent with 50% of the possible points from any accredited institution or institute in order to be eligible for the NMAT in 2025.   1. Candidates must have completed graduation under 10+2+3 or four years of education in any stream.
  2. Secured not less than 50 percent aggregate in the final year of graduation can apply as per the NMAT eligibility criteria for MBA.
  3. Candidates who are awaiting results or are in their final year of graduation are also eligible to apply for NMAT 2025. Admission is granted on a provisional basis until the graduation mark sheet and certificate of the qualifying examination are submitted.
Age Limit There is no age bar to attempt the NMAT by GMAC 2025 exam.
Work experience At the time of the final selection process, candidates with prior work experience of two to three years are preferred. Candidates with no work experience are equally eligible to apply.
Maximum Attempts Candidates can attempt the NMAT exam 2025 three times, which includes the ‘no shows’.

NMAT Eligibility Criteria for International Students

The following are the NMAT guidelines for students from overseas.

  1. Qualification: Bachelor's degree in any field from an accredited university is required of international applicants.
  2. Marks: For their bachelor's degree, they must have received at least 50% of the possible points.
  3. English Proficiency: Foreign candidates from non-English speaking nations must be proficient in the language. To prove their language proficiency, they might have to provide their TOEFL or IELTS results.
  4. No Age Restrictions: International applicants to the NMAT are not subject to any age restrictions.

NMAT Requirements 2025

  2. Complete the NMAT application form 2025 by providing employment, academic, and personal informationrmation
  3. Choose up to five favored B-schools to whom the NMAT results may be submitted
  4. Upload a current JPG, JPEG, or PNG passport-size photo
  5. Paying the Rs. 2800 (plus taxes) NMAT registration cost online with a credit card, debit card, net banking, or mobile wallet.
  6. Choose the NMAT exam date, time, and venue from the available time slots for 2025.
