National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research Joint Entrance Exam - exam_application_process

The application for admission shall be made on the study in India portal https://studyinindia.gov.in , and the offer letter will be provided after qualifying the minimum criteria of the institute after varying the educational qualification and screening of received application.

All foreign students must qualify the interview in English language by the respective NIPER’s for securing admission. However, marks of the interview shall not be included in preparing the merit list for admission.

The online application process comprises of following steps:

Step 1: The candidates should visit the official website of the institute for registration

Step 1: Payment of Application fee

Step 2: Know your payment status

Step 3: Fill in all the details in the online application form

Step 4: Preview the details and submit the application form.

Step 5: take a printout of the application form and submit at the time of physical counselling.

Required details in filling the online application form:

1. Personal information including, name, date of birth, email, mobile number etc.
2. Address for communication including PIN code.
3. Qualifying degree details, marks, college address, postal code.
4. GPAT/GATE/NET rank and score card
5. Scanned copy of aadhar card/ passport/ voter ID/ Driving licence
6. Choice of examination centres
7. Image of photograph
8. Image of signature
9. Net banking login and password to make the application fee payment via online mode.

While filling out the online application form, choose the email ID that candidates access frequently, as all communication from the NIPER Guwahati JEE Office will be sent to that Email ID only.
