GAT B 2025 - exam_application_process

Candidates can apply only in online mode. Candidates can apply through visiting the official website: https://rcb.nta.ac.in/ . The offline application would not be accepted by the authority. To fill the application form candidates are required to follow the below mentioned steps:

How to apply

Step 1: Registration

1. Candidates should have provided the basic information including, candidate’s name, mother’s name/father’s name, date of birth, email address and mobile number.
2. After the registration, the application number will be generated.

Step 2: Fill out the application form

1. After the registration, candidates have to go through the application form.
2. To fill the application form candidates are required to fill all the required details.

Step 3: Upload the documents

Candidates are required to upload the scanned documents, that are,

1. Candidate’s photograph
2. Signature
3. Category certificate
4. PwD certificate
5. Certificate for appearing/ result awaiting candidates

1. The document should be in JPG/ JPEG format.
2. The size of the scanned photograph should be between 10kb to 200kb.
3. The size of the scanned signature should be between 4 kb to 30 kb.
4. For the certificates the size should be 50 kb to 300 kb.

Step 4: Pay the application fee

1. After filling the application form candidates are required to pay the application fee through net banking/ debit card/ credit card/ UPI/ Wallet.

Step 5: Print the application form

1. After the submission of the application form, the confirmation page of the application form, should be downloaded and take a printout of the application form.
