Before applying for Assam CEE 2025, aspirants had to make sure they are eligible. The Assam Combined Entrance Examination (Assam CEE) is administered by the Assam Science and Technology University (ASTU).

Admission to the B.Tech/BE program in Assamese government and private colleges will be determined by this exam. The first week of June 2025 will see the pen paper examination for the Assam CEE session 2025.

Domicile

Criteria Details
Domicile Candidate should be a permanent resident of Assam & have a domicile in Assam.

Age Criteria

Criteria Details
Minimum Age Limit Candidate should have completed the age of 17 years as on 1st August 2025.
Maximum Age Limit The age of the candidate should not be more than 21 years.
Age Relaxation 3 years relaxation in the upper age limit for SC/ST candidates.
Age Limit for B.Sc Passed The maximum age limit for B.Sc passed students is 22 years.

Qualification Criteria

Criteria Details
Qualifying Exam Candidates must qualify for the 10+2 examination from the Assam Higher Secondary Board or an equivalent board without any grace marks.
Subjects Candidates must pass the 10+2 examination with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and English subjects.
Minimum Marks Candidates must secure a minimum of 45% marks for the general category and 40% marks for the reserved category in PCM subjects.
