Formerly known as Royal College of Engineering, the Hyderabad Institute of Technology and Management (HITAM) was established in 2001 by the M/S Royal Educational Society. HITAM Hyderabad is located in Hyderabad, Telangana. It has been accredited by the NAAC and NBA. HITAM is affiliated with the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad. The institute is also approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). The duration of the HITAM B.Tech program is 4 years. The fees of the B.Tech program is INR 90,000 annually.

HITAM Hyderabad grants admission on the basis of EAMCET exam scores of candidates. Candidates must appear in the EAMCET exam and qualify with a valid score. HITAM has divided its admission process into three categories, namely Convener Quota, Management Quota, and Spot Category.
