NDA & CDS I Exam Dates 2024
The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has announced the exam dates for the National Defence Academy (NDA) and Combined Defence Services (CDS) I examinations 2024. Scheduled to take place on 21 June 2024, these prestigious exams are pivotal for candidates aspiring to join the Indian Defence Forces. The NDA I 2024 exam will be conducted in two sessions, the forenoon session from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM and the afternoon session from 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM. On the other hand, the CDS I 2024 exam is pided into three sessions:- Session 1 from 09:00 AM to 11:00 AM for the English Paper.
- Session 2 from 12:00 Noon to 02:00 PM for the General Knowledge Paper, and
- Session 3 from 03:00 PM to 05:00 PM for the Elementary Mathematics Paper.

Candidates can easily download their admit cards by following these steps:- Navigate to the UPSC’s official website, upsc.gov.in.
- Locate and click on the UPSC NDA Admit Card 2024 link prominently displayed on the homepage.
- Enter your login credentials, including registration ID/roll number and date of birth (DOB).
- Once logged in, click on the 'Submit' button to access your admit card.
- Download and print the admit card, ensuring you keep a physical copy for examination day.
Important Exam Day Instructions: NDA & CDS I
To ensure a smooth and hassle-free examination process, candidates are urged to adhere strictly to the following guidelines:- Documentation: Carry a valid Photo ID card, along with three recent passport-sized photographs. Ensure the photo ID number matches the one specified in the e-Admit Card.
- Reporting Time: Arrive at the examination centre at least 30 minutes prior to the commencement of the exam to complete necessary formalities.
- Prohibited Items: Leave behind any valuables, including mobile phones, digital watches, books, bags, or any other electronic devices.
- Writing Material: Use only a black ballpoint pen for the exam; no other stationery items are permitted inside the examination hall.
